Fiona devised the 2 Weeks in the Fast Lane diet in 2010 as part of her very first book, So What the F*** Should I Eat? and such was the enthusiasm for this quick fix (and healthy) diet that she was goaded into publishing it independently in 2011. It has proved extremely popular and Fiona received countless emails from dieters from all corners of the globe enthusing about the diet and regaling her with interesting stories about how they have not only achieved their weight/fat loss goal but maintained it by sticking with some or all of her recommendations which is music to her ears!
